On class 10 structures; patios, carports and sheds we provide a twenty five year structural, labour and leak warranty.
However we do require that the structures be maintained according to our maintenance schedule.

The manufacturers of each product utilised on the patio carry their own warranties and warranty conditions. Please refer to the manufacturers brochures that are available upon request to determine the warranty conditions and period.
For our Ausdeck roofing and framing material manufactured by ourselves at our Joondalup factory your structural warranty is twenty five years from installation date. This is non transferable.
On all patios your labour warranty is twenty five years from installation date.
Your leak warranty is also twenty five years from installation date but you must ensure your gutters and downpipes are regularly maintained and are kept clean and free of debris. Failure to do so can void your warranty.
For granny flats, rooms, bedsits and house extensions we are bound by the Residential Building Act. Our guarantee therefore is six years on structures covered by the act. Additionally we arrange home indemnity insurance for all jobs covered by the act.
Care and maintenance required for your patio
Please maintain your patio in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendations on the product brochures that are available upon request.
For our Ausdeck patios the frame and sheeting material should be washed regularly with a soft bristle brush and warm soapy water. This reduces salt and debris build up on the roof sheets and framework and markedly alleviates the risk of corrosion and deterioration. Do not use any abrasive material.
Cleaning frequency in normal urban environments need be no more frequent than six monthly. In industrial environments cleaning frequency should be three monthly and in areas with high atmospheric pollution cleaning frequency should be monthly. In coastal areas salt build up can be variable. Increase cleaning frequency as required to prevent salt and grime build-up.
Please ensure you clean the patio and house gutters at the same time to ensure there are no blockages which can result in back flow and leaks.
